Executive Chef, Anthony Coriell is always keeping Members’ taste - buds tantalizing. His commitment to keeping up with current culinary trends is apparent in the menu options. Equally important to White Eagle’s culture, is his ability to appeal to those desiring an upscale dining experience as well as to those who prefer a casual, home - cooking style. Menus are changed seasonally and always feature weekly specials to keep them fresh and exciting.
In addition to the many theme nights listed below, specials can often be found at the bar for Cinco de Mayo, sports playoffs, St. Patrick’s Day, sportin ggames and many more. Many social events pack the Club's calendar too. Family Nights are held monthly throughout the year with entertainment such as a magician, reptile show, underwater animals show, mad scientist, spooky storyteller, stargazing, and holiday carolers. Adults will enjoy trivia night, scotch and cigar nights, wine tastings and other social events that promote meeting new friends.
Among many other benefits, White Eagle can reserve rooms in the Club for private family functions and business events, and may also have the Club cater events in their homes providing food, cooking and serving equipment, staff and cooks.
Chef Anthony and his staff can accommodate special Member dining requests for dietary needs such as gluten and food allergies, or to prepare a special meal for two for an anniversary celebration. If you can envision it, we can execute it!

The Walnut Room
The beautiful Walnut Room is the most formal dining area of the club. The menu is changed seasonally and evening specials are offered to complement the local areas freshest seafood, produce, and specialty foods indigenous to the Midwest. Many of our members are from around the country and our Chef, will accommodate your favorite hometown requests and recipes with advance notice. Attentive, specialized formal service provided by our trained staff will make your dining experience a most memorable one. The warm walnut wainscot and private members wine lockers appoint the room for a truly world class dining experience.
The Walnut Room caters for group bookings for both lunch and dinner Monday thru Wednesday and Thursday thru Saturday luncheons. To make an inquiry, please view Catering Requests
Denim is not permitted in the Walnut Room. More casual dining is available in the St. Andrews Grill and on the Patio.
Saint Andrew’s Grill and Patio Dining
The pristine views of the signature 18th Hole are to be enjoyed when you have a casual meal and a glass of your favorite beverage. The servers know your name and your usual beverage of choice. Lunch and Dinner Specials are offered weekly and carry - outs are encouraged. On select Friday evenings, we offer live music and in the summer months, we offer outdoor seating on the patio. Enjoy one of the many specialty drinks from our extensive list of premium cocktails, or sip a Signature martini like the "Sidecar" prepared with Hennessey, Cointreau and lime juice. In addition to our signature cocktails, you will enjoy your favorite seasonal beer selections on draft.
We offer a gourmet menu with appetizers, sandwiches and dessert selections. The magnificent panoramic views of the course and premium martinis make the St. Andrews Grill the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work or gear up for a fabulous night at play!
In addition to the grill menu, the St. Andrews Grill Room offers special culinary theme nights. Join us every Wednesday for Mexican Night, Pasta Night on Thursday’s and for our Sunday BBQ’s!
