The White Eagle Golf Club features an 8 lane, 25 yard pool, a 10 foot water slide, a toddler’s wading pool, and a large tree-lined grass area surrounding the pool deck. Amenities include free wireless access, concession stand, full cabaña bar, numerous lounge chairs, tables and chairs, umbrellas, and a smoke-free environment. Locker rooms for both Men and Women offer three private, stone-tiled showers with shampoo/body wash and soap, and a complete baby-changing station.
SWIM LESSON
Group lessons to children age 3 and older are available at four ability levels: Non-Swimmers, Beginner, Advanced Beginner, and Intermediate. Two sessions of group lessons are held during the summer. Group lessons are held on weekdays, from 11:15-11:45 am, and lessons meet 10 times each session. Please sign up early as we attempt to keep class sizes to six children. Sign up at the pool for lessons.
2010 Swim Lesson Session Dates
Session #1 June 7-11 and June 14-18
Session #2 July 5-9 and July 12-16
Walking around the pool, you might hear kids talking about time drops, speedy splashing awards, breaking records, family-fun relays, blue ribbons, and pep rallies. These are the White Eagle Warrior Swim Team swimmers! If you are interested in learning more about how your family can get involved, please check out the Warriors website at www.whiteeaglegc.com.
If you are interested in hosting a party at the pool for a birthday, your child’s team, or just for fun, please feel free to contact the pool manager for an open date.

LIFE GUARDS
Life guards are highly qualified through certifications by the American Red Cross or the National Pool & Water Park Lifeguard Training Program. Life guards stay fresh on their skills by practicing rescue drills every two weeks. Most life guards are also experienced swimmers that swim for local swim clubs and high schools. If you have any questions on how your high school age son or daughter can get certified to work for White Eagle, please feel free to contact the pool manager.
Pool members are asked to sign-in at the front desk before entering and the life guard will verify White Eagle membership.
Please register guests by filling out guest cards at sign-in. Members are charged $4.00 for children and $5.00 for adults for each guest. Age 2 and under are free. Guest fees will be charged to White Eagle members. No cash can be accepted at the pool office.
These 15-minute safety breaks are held daily at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00 pm. During adult swims, only adults (age 18 or older) or children (age 6 or under) who are accompanied by an adult are allowed in the pool.
The Pool will close in the event of rain, thunder, lightning or temperature below 70°. In the event that the weather clears, we will make every attempt to re-open. If the weather is questionable, please call ahead.
Cars and bicycles must be parked in the designated areas. Cars should not be parked in the circle driveway in front of the pool.
All members and their guests are expected to comply with the rules and regulations that have been established to assure the safe and orderly operation of the White Eagle Golf Club aquatics facility. A list of all the pool rules can be found in the Swim and Tennis handbook. Violation of Pool Rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the Managers and/or Life guards. Such action may include temporary or seasonal restriction of pool privileges in lieu of or in addition to fines. The club will not be responsible for the loss of personal property.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to someone in the pool office. Check the information board adjacent to the pool office for upcoming events. The pool staff looks forward to a sunny, warm, and safe summer!
